Tous les fureteurs ne peuvent décoder JavaScript. NetScape depuis la version Navigator 2 peut décoder JavaScript et Microsoft depuis la version Internet Explorer 3 le peut aussi.
Pour voir quelle version vous avez :
- IE: Appuyer sur "?" > "À propos d'Internet Explorer"
- Navigator: Appuyer sur "aide" > "À propos de Navigator"
- NetScape: Appuyer sur "aide" > "À propos de NetScape"

Comment activer JavaScript :

Internet Explorer:

Explorer 5.x et 6.x

Dans le menu principal (haut de la page):
  1. Outils > Options Internet.
  2. Appuyez l'onglet "securité".
  3. Verifiez que la zone "Internet" est selectionnée.
  4. Appuyer sur le bouton "Personnaliser le niveau".
  5. Descendez jusqu'à la section appelée "Script".
    La premiére sous section est : "Active Scripting".
    Assurez-vous que "Activer" soit sélectionnée.
  6. Confirmez la modification en appuyant sur "OK".
  7. Vous pouvez maintenant aller dans la section base de données.

Rafraîchir la page au besoin.

Explorer 3.x

 1.  Affichage > Options.
 5.  Assurez-vous que "Run ActiveX scripts" soit sélectionné.

Explorer 4.x

 1.  Affichage > Options Internet.
 4.  Selectionner "Personnaliser" et appuyer sur le bouton "Settings".
 5.  Assurez-vous que "Activer" soit sélectionné dans "Active scripting"



Navigator 3.x
  1. Sélectionnez Options à partir du menu Édition.
  2. Cliquez sur Préférences.
  3. Cliquez sur Langues (ou Langages, selon le cas).
  4. Cochez la case "Activer JavaScript".
  5. Confirmez la modification en appuyant sur "OK".
  6. Redémarrer ou rafraîchir votre fureteur.
  7. Vous pouvez maintenant aller dans la section base de données.
Communicator 4.x et 6.x
  1. Aller dans "Edition > Preferences" à partir du menu principal.
  2. Sélectionner la catégorie "Avancées".
  3. Cochez la case "Activer JavaScript".
  4. Confirmez la modification en appuyant sur "OK".
  5. Redémarrer ou rafraîchir votre fureteur.
  6. Vous pouvez maintenant aller dans la section base de données.

NetScape 7

  1. Aller dans "Edition > Preferences" à partir du menu principal.
  2. Sélectionner la catégorie "Avancées".
  3. Cochez la case Activer Java.
  4. JavaScript est parfois activé en même temps. Sinon, répétez les étapes 1 et 2, puis cliquez sur Scripts et Modules.
  5. Vérifiez si la case « Activer JavaScript pour Navigator » est cochée.
  6. Redémarrer ou rafraîchir votre fureteur.
  7. Vous pouvez maintenant aller dans la section base de données.

Not all browsers can process JavaScript. NetScape browsers starting with Navigator 2 can process JavaScript and Microsoft browsers starting with Internet Explorer 3 can process JavaScript.
To see the version you have:
- IE: Click on the "Help" tab > "About Internet Explorer"
- Navigator: Click on the "Help" tab > "About Navigator"
- NetScape: Click on the "Help" tab > "About NetScape"

How to enable JavaScript :

Internet Explorer:

Explorer 5.x and 6.x

On the browser menu (top of the page):
  1. Tools > Internet Options
  2. Click the "security tab"
  3. Verify that the "Internet" zone is selected
  4. Click button marked Custom Level
  5. Scroll down until you find the heading "Scripting"
    The first subheading is "Active Scripting"
    Ensure that the button marked "Enable" is checked
  6. Confirm all windows by clicking on the "OK" buttons.
  7. You can now go to the database section.

Refresh the page if needed

Explorer 3.x

 1.  View > Options
 5.  Make sure "Run ActiveX scripts" check box is checked

Explorer 4.x

 1.  View > Internet Options
 4.  Select "Custom" and click on the "Settings" button
 5.  Make sure "Enable" is selected under "Active scripting"



Navigator 3.x
  1. Go to "Options > Network Preferences" from the main menu.
  2. Change to the "Languages" label.
  3. Make sure "Enable JavaScript" check box is checked.
  4. Click on the "Ok" button at the bottom of the Preferences window.
  5. Restart the browser.
  6. You can now go to the database section.
Communicator 4.x et 6.x
  1. Go to "Edit > Preferences" from the main menu.
  2. Select "Advanced" label.
  3. Make sure "Enable JavaScript" check box is checked.
  4. Click on the "Ok" button at the bottom of the Preferences window.
  5. Restart the browser.
  6. You can now go to the database section.

NetScape 7

  1. Go to "Edit > Preferences" from the main menu.
  2. Select the "Advanced" label.
  3. Select "Enable Java".
  4. Javascript is usually enabled at the same time. If not, repeat the 2 first steps and go to "Scripts and Modules".
  5. Make sure "Enable Javascript for Navigator" check box is checked.
  6. Click on the "Ok" button at the bottom of the Preferences window.
  7. Restart the browser.
  8. You can now go to the database section.
